Consignment Terms

While a watch is on consignment with Amour Timepieces, it may be sold for any amount above the agreed-upon consignment price.

All consignment items are fully insured while in the possession of Amour Timepieces.

A minimum notice of 24 hours is preferred before a customer can collect their consignment items.

All items on consignment are securely stored and protected while under the care of Amour Timepieces.

Advertising and Authentication

Amour Timepieces guarantees accurate and truthful advertising for all items listed for sale.

Every watch undergoes a rigorous authentication process before being offered for sale.

For vintage watches, Amour Timepieces will describe and advertise items to the best of its ability. Due to the nature of vintage watches, there may be variations in components, wear, and history compared to modern pieces.

We are always open to further discussion and investigation regarding any piece at a customer’s request, within reasonable limits.

By purchasing, consigning, or selling a watch through Amour Timepieces, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
